Closed Sales Jan 1- May 31 = 1037 (only 98 homes less than 2019- down appx 9.6%)
*Price Range Breakdown:
Under $100,000- 247 (24%)
100k- 200k- 392 (38%)
200k-300k- 269 (26%)
300k-400k- 79 (7.5%)
400k-500k- 27 (2.5%)
Over 500k- 23 (2%)
Take-away… 64% of the homes in Muscogee & Harris Counties that sold & closed were between 100k- 300k. This same range was 63% in 2019.
? Russell & Lee Counties (from the East Alabama Board of Realtors MLS)
Closed Sales Jan 1- May 31 = 520 (only 76 homes less than 2019- down appx 14.7%)

100k- 200k- 267 (51%)
200k-300k- 153 (30%)
300k-400k- 34 (7%)

Over 500k- 3 (1%)
Take-away… 81% of the homes in Russell & Lee Counties that sold & closed were between 100k- 300k. This same range was 75% in 2019.
