    Below are the market details for Muscogee, Harris, Lee & Russell Counties July 2020 vs July 2019:

    🏡 Muscogee & Harris Counties (from the Columbus Board of Realtors MLS)

    Closed Sales: July 2020 = 334 vs July 2019= 362

    *Price Range Breakdown for July 2020 vs 2019:

    Under $100,000- 51 vs 89

    100k- 200k-  117 vs 120

    200k-300k-  97 vs 111

    300k-400k- 51 vs 29

    400k-500k-  9 vs 5

    Over 500k-  9 vs 8

    Take-away…  64% of the homes in Muscogee & Harris Counties that sold & closed were between 100k- 300k. This same range was 64% in 2019.

    🏡 Russell & Lee Counties  (from the East Alabama Board of Realtors MLS)

    Closed Sales: July 2020 = 180 vs July 2019= 130

    *Price Range Breakdown for July 2020 vs July 2019:

    Under $100,000-  20 vs 15

    100k- 200k- 78 vs 61

    200k-300k- 66 vs 46

    300k-400k-  16 vs 6

    400k-500k-  0 vs 2

    Over 500k-  0 vs 0

    Take-away…  80% of the homes in Russell & Lee Counties that sold & closed were between 100k- 300k. This same range was 82% in 2019.
