    *Price Range Breakdown for September 2020:

    Under $100,000- 65

    100k- 200k-  80

    200k-300k-  97

    300k-400k- 17

    400k-500k-  19

    Over 500k- 5

    Take-away…  55% of the homes in Muscogee & Harris Counties that sold & closed were between 100k- 300k.
